Keeping AIKIA clean
Your AIKIA is an in-the-ear
instrument, which means it
is worn in your ear canal.
It is very important for its
performance that you in-
spect and clean the instru-
ment daily. Never wash your
AIKIA in water, cleaning solutions or other liquids.
Instead, clean your hearing aid daily with a dry soft
cloth to keep the outside dry and clean of residue,
wax, etc. We recommend that every time you take
the hearing aid out of your ear, you inspect the
sound outlet and the relief vent opening to ensure
that no dirt has gathered there.
