Distributor: The distributor belonged to

Subscriber ID: The subscriber user ID
Charge Account: We can query via Subscriber ID range.
Charge: We can query via ‘=’ (‘>’. ‘<’) a certain balance.
Charge Time: The charge start and stop time
Result: The result of the action
Report Parameter Description:
Time: The time for operation
Modifier: The modifier
Subscriber ID: The subscriber user ID
Charge account: The account used for this charge.
Rate Group ID: The rate group ID
Charge Type: The charge type, Normal, Monthly Fee,
Deductible Monthly Fee and Free minutes.
Ori Balance: The original balance of the account
Monthly Charge: The charge amount for this month.
Balance: The new account balance
