Download data

To download data stored on the sensor to your computer, click the Download

link on the Data page, then follow these steps:
1 Enter a name for the download at the top of the screen.

2 Select Download all of the data or select a time range to download.

3 Click Start Download.

A progress window will appear, and then, when the down-

load is complete, you’ll see the window shown at left, which

gives you information about the download as well as options

to view or export the download in the following formats:

CSV (comma separated values)

˽

Excel

˽

Legacy format (text file)

You can view previous downloads by clicking the green arrow icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

Use tools

If needed, the Tools area has three tools that allow you to work with and find information about your sensor.

Backup-Restore

This screen lets you create a backup of the current sensor settings (by naming the

file in the top text field and clicking Back-up Sensor Setup) or load a backup of

previous settings to the current sensor (by locating the file and then clicking Restore

Sensor Setup).

Licensed Features

This screen shows you information about the license for the

current sensor; you can also load a new license using the

License File area.

Power

The power screen lets you remotely reboot the sensor, and also

gives you information about the last time it was powered up

and down.
