®
.
When operating any/all Tri Tool Inc. equipment follow the ‘Note’ statements through
the manual for equipment safety and the ‘Warning’ and/or ‘Caution’ notes for opera-
tor safety.
A FRL (Filter/Regulator/Lubricator) is required to protect the warranty on all TRI
TOOL INC. air or hydraulic driven tools.
For Hydraulic Motors refer to their ‘Operator’s Manual’ for specifics.
CONFIGURATION
Start by rough centering the mandrel into the ID of the pipe.
Use the jackscrews to center the mm and angular offset adjustment screws
to square it.
Adjust two (2) jackscrews to half (1/2) the radius of the pipe, and rough adjust
the opposing screws to a little smaller then the id of the pipe.
Use the Wrenches provided to tighten all (4) four Jackscrews securely after
adjustments are made.
The jackscrews and angular offset adjustment screws will always be adjusted
in opposing positions.
In larger size workpieces, the use of the Jam Nuts should be used for more
stability.
Check the gap between the Miter Mandrel Head and the Shaft Flange to see
that it is approximately even all the way around.
Readjust as neccesary.
