Repeat the angular offset procedure as many times as necessary to achieve the
accuracy desired.

Now the parallel offset adjustment may be made.

PARALLEL (CENTER) ADJUSTMENTS

To move the Mandrel Shaft in a given direction, first loosen the Jackscrew on the
side you wish to move toward.

Now tighten the Jackscrew on the opposite side of the Head Assembly that you
wish to move away from in order to push the Mandrel Shaft in a given direction.

Repeat the parallel offset adjustment procedure as many times as necessary to
achieve the accuracy desired.

After fine tunning the Angular and Paralle Adjustments remove the Dial Indicator Kit
from the Mandrel Shaft.

ADJUSTING THE TOOL HOLDERS ON THE 208B BEVELAMSTER

The Tool Holder on the Model 208B must be attached using the six (6) outer most
bolt holes so that they will clear the Miter Head.

For available sizes, reference the “Jackscrew Assembly Ranges’ section of this
manual.
