Refresh or update the overlay to the hardware.
Parameters
hdev
handle to device (obtained from S2226_OpenBoard).
Returns
0 on success, negative value if error (see mid2226types.h for error codes list).

Clears all overlays for every region.
Parameters

handle to device (obtained from S2226_OpenBoard).
Returns
0 on success, negative value if error (see mid2226types.h for error codes list).

int regionmask,
HANDLE hdev
);
Clears all overlays for specified region. Use S2226_ClearOverlay to erase overlays. This function
only clears the overlay by region.

MID2226_REGION_MONITOR, MID2226_REGION_MPEG, MID2226_REGION_STILL.
