Set Audio Meter test type.
Parameters
val
Can be one of:
0 = No Test.
1 = Force to zero
2 = Force to clip
3 = Force to -6dB
hdev
handle to device (obtained from S2226_OpenBoard).
Returns
0 on success, negative value if error (see mid2226types.h for error codes list).
