Database Wizard: Field usage

Select how the database fields should be used on the form.

I want a table: A table object is used on the form and linked to the database.

I want an edit field for each field in the database: Edit field objects are linked with each database
fields.

I will link the database fields to the objects myself later: The wizard will only make the link to
the database, but will not make the fields available on the form. You will have to link them to objects
yourself.
