The QC 9500 series of pulse generators addresses this issue by allowing the user to set
the start or sync source for each channel independently. In the example above, the
release of the apple would be synced to the internal rate generator. The bullet would be
synced relative to the release of the apple. The shutter would also be synced to the
release of the apple and the strobe lamp would be synced relative to the shutter
opening.
Where:
Ch A = release of the apple
Ch B = firing the bullet
Ch C = open in the shutter
Ch D = flashing the strobe lamp
