AEC 200-LVC CONTACTOR WITH AEC 200-4DM SPOOL GUN
TO CONSTANT VOLTAGE POWER SOURCE
Connect the AEC 200-4DM spool gun and AEC 200-LVC contactor control as follows: (See fig. 1)
1. Connect a weld cable from the positive of the welding power source to the ELECTRODE terminal of the control.
2. Connect the weld cable from the spool gun to the GUN terminal of the control.
3. Connect the control cable from the spool gun to the 14 socket receptacle on the control.
4. Connect the gas hose to the flowmeter on the gas cylinder.
5. Connect the power cord from the control to a 115VAC power source.
(if the power is from an engine drive, the engine should not be allowed to idle when using the spool gun and control)

The AEC 200-LVC “LOW VOLTAGE CONTACTOR” control provides power and arc control when used with the “PROFAX”
AEC 200-4DM Spool Gun. It is designed for use with small engine driven welding power sources that have a CV (Wire Feed)
welding position but not an internal contactor.
2 each Lenco LDP50M male cable connectors are required to connect this control.
