grounded 120 volts (nominal) outlet
and make sure it is on .

The PowerCenter is plugged in, but
the outlet is not receiving power .

USB ports not charging
connected devices .

Device USB cable has proprietary
connector .

• Contact device manufacturer for

recommendation .

USB module may be faulty . Test with
multiple devices .

• Contact Monster for replacement.
