POLYMER CASTER
A s s e m b l y I n s t r u c t i o n s
1. Unpack carton and verify components shipped match components
ordered. (Donut bumpers are provided with each caster.)
2. Install Bumper on post.
—For MetroMax slide bumper over top of post.
3. Insert caster stem into post receptacle.
C l e a n i n g I n s t r u c t i o n s
Use a mild solution of soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
L u b r i c a t i o n
All Metro PC Series casters are pre-lubricated at the factory with a high
temperature, water resistant lubricant. For applications where frequent
cart washing is anticipated, a grease fitting for the swivel bearing is
available as an option. Frequency of lubrication will vary by use.
Note: For best results use a high temperature bearing grease with silicone.
Dow Corning #44 or equivalent is recommended.
