REGISTRATION
Federal law requires registration of
all microwave ovens.To comply with
the law, please fill out the PRODUCT
REGISTRATION CARD packed with
the oven.
1. Check the model and serial
numbers on the card to see that
they match the numbers on the
data plate. The data plate is
located on the front of the oven
when the door is open. If the
numbers on the card are not the
same as those on the data plate,
cross out the numbers on the
card and write in the numbers as
they appear on the data plate.
2. Mail the card. The return address
is included on the reverse side of
the card.
If you move or are not the original
owner of this oven, you must by law
renew the registration. Send the
renewal registration information to:

Renewal Registration information

a) Your name and address.
