9. Place the plastic sleeve onto the
mounting bolt first in order to
protect the porcelain. Then slide
on the metal washer followed by
the locking nut. Tighten the nut
so that the sink is secure against
the wall.
10. Again make sure that the sink is
level and then repeat step 8 for
the second mounting bolt.
11. Connect the P-trap and drain
arm to the drain stub-out, and
then connect the two water
supply lines to the shut off valves.
Some wall-mounted sinks come
with a trip piece that hides the
plumbing lines. These would
typically attach directly to the
wall framing below the sinks with
lag screws.
