Machine-Specifi c Warnings:
• This pneumatic Pocket Hole Machine is fi tted with a 3/8” High-Flow fi tting which allows the machine to receive adequate amounts
of air pressure from your air compressor. The machine was specifi cally designed for use with a 3/8” (or larger) system, and
restricting air-fl ow with a smaller diameter hose or connector may result in less-than-desirable machine performance. To further
increase the air-fl ow to your Kreg Pocket Hole Machine, it is important to understand that maintaining a short distance between
your air compressor and the machine will help ensure adequate air fl ow. Kreg does not recommend the use of a long extension
hose for use with this product.
• Depending on the frequency of use, Kreg recommends that you grease the planetary gear on the pneumatic drill at least once per
month. To grease, use the needle-point zerk fi tting (included with your machine), and a couple of pumps of Sta-Lube Extreme
Pressure Moly-Graph® Multi-Purpose Grease, (1.800.272.8963 www.fastenal.com), or equivalent. As shown at right, you may
need to rotate the drill to gain access to the grease zerk. If so, use a crescent wrench to rotate the black fi tting at the rear of the
drill clockwise, until you have access to the grease zerk. Remember to disconnect all air supply before working on machine.
