3. Stop the Spooler – Right click
on the “My Computer” Icon
and select Manage.
• Select Services
• Select Print spooler
from the list of services
• Select “Stop”
4. Browse to the following
location:
C:\Windows\System32\spool
\
drivers
• Open the w32x86
folder (if 32 bit)
• Open the x64 folder (if
64 bit)
5. Open the “3” Folder
