6.1 Installation using k-fix:
1. The guide funnels may allow an easier
installation into your vehicle. Install the guide
funnels onto the lower anchors. Slide the guide
funnel between the vehicle seat bottom and
backrest at the lower anchor locations
(Fig. 15). Note the tall side should be up.
The guide funnel will click into place on the
lower anchor.
CAUTION! Some vehicle lower anchor positions will not allow the guide
funnels to be used. Do not force the guide funnels into position if they will not
slide easily onto the lower anchors. Damage to vehicle upholstery may occur.

• Use only the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belt (or 3-point) system when
restraining the child in this booster car seat.
• NEVER use only the k-fix connectors to secure your child in the vehicle.
The vehicle’s three point seatbelt system must be used to secure your
child.
• Some vehicle seating positions will have lower LATCH anchors that will
not align with the booster car seat k-fix connectors. DO NOT use k-fix
connectors if the vehicle lower LATCH anchors do not align properly.
Install the booster car seat using the three point seatbelt only.
• Consult your vehicle manual for specific child restraint system installation
details.
• Only use anchorages in the vehicle that are designated as lower LATCH
anchorages.
