Washing programs

Before starting a washing program make sure that:

The water supply tap is open.

The correct amount of detergent has been added to the
dispenser.

The baskets have been correctly loaded.

The spray arms are able to rotate freely and without
obstruction.

The dishwasher door is securely closed.

SPEED WASH OPTION

(available in all programs except the soak program)

Select this option together with any washing program (except the soak

program) to SHORTEN the cycle. To activate this option, press button

(light 6 comes on) after selecting the program required.
The option is automatically deactivated at the end of the program.

HYGIENE OPTION

(available in all programs except the soak program)

This function performs an extra antibacterial rinse at the end of the
washing cycle, assuring a further reduction in any bacteria present. In
order to ensure that the antibacterial rinse is effective, the temperature
must not fall while it is in progress; if this should occur (e.g. due to a
power blackout or because the door is opened), the indicator light
flashes until the dishwasher is switched off or a new program is selected,
to warn that the antibacterial rinse has not been fully effective. Press the

button

to enable/disable the option; the light illuminates to indicate

that the function is active.

SPREAD HALF LOAD

(available in all programs except the soak program)

When there are not many dishes to be washed, the “spread half load”

option, controlled by button

is useful; it saves water and electricity

and reduces the program’s duration. Place dishes in both baskets then
load the detergent dispenser with less than the normal amount for a full
load.
