Pull the strainer basket and the attached tubular 4.
filter up and out.
Pull the strainer basket free from the tubular filter. 5.
Lift the fine particle filter out of the dishwasher. 6.
Clean the filters in the kitchen sink with a soft 7.
sponge and mild kitchen detergent under warm
water. Rinse any food particles out of the strainer
basket.

Cleaning the Strainer Basket
Lift the strainer basket straight up by the handle. 1.
Rinse it out under running water in the sink. 2.
Replace it by pressing it firmly into the hole in the
center of the filter assembly. The handle goes
toward the front of the dishwasher.
Cleaning the Entire Filter System

To avoid an electric chock hazard, disconnect
power to the dishwasher when cleaning the
entire filter system.
Disconnect the dishwasher power plug from the 1.
electrical outlet or turn off power at the circuit
breaker panel.
Open the door and remove the bottom rack.
