DESCRIPTION OF TIMER
The double hotplate is equipped with a minute timer (
1 to
99) that automatically switches off the heat and sounds an
alarm at the end of the selected time. The double hotplate
can operate with or without programming.
Setting the timer
Touch the sensor +/- sensor for the clock to set
numbers of minute duration required. To change the
timer rapidly, keep your finger on the +/- sensor.
Warning function
When the double hotplate is not switched on, the timer
operates as a warning. If the double hotplate is switched
on after pre-selection has been made, it also acts as a
warning. When the set time has elapsed it will give a
warning signal which can be switched off by operating
one of the sensors.
Stopping the program
Touch the sensor until the minute display reaches
00
.
Operation of timer
With the double hotplate active, if a specific time is pre-
selected, it will act as a timer and switch off the double
hotplate once this time has elapsed. An audible signal will
advise that the time has expired.
Switch off the warning by operating one of the sensors.
Note:
When operating as a timer, the pilot light switches on

When operating as a warning, the light does not switch on.
