5. Open the device manager and click the “+” symbol next to
the Ports (COM & LPT) as seen on the next page.
6. Look for the item “USB Serial Port”. There will be a COM
port next to it. This is the COM port associated with your
FaderMaster 4/100. You will use this to specify which
COM port your application will use to access the
FaderMaster 4/100.
