Intel PPM Configuration
This configuration includes the following options:

Intel SpeedStep tech
Disable: Disable GV3 Enable: Enable GV3

Intel TurboMode tech
Turbo mode allows processor cores to run faster than marked frequency in
specific condition.

Intel C-STATE tech
CState: CPU idle is set to C2/C3/C4.

C State package limit setting
Selected option will program into C State package limit register.

C3 State / C6 State
Nehalem C state action select.

C1 Auto Demotion
When enabled, CPU will conditionally demote C3/C6/C7 requests to C1
based on uncore auto-demote information.

C1 Auto Demotion / C3 Auto Demotion
When enabled, CPU will conditionally demote C6/C7 requests to C3 based on
uncore auto-demote information.
