1. Remove the PANIC ALARM PIN from the unit
to activate the alarm.
2. Re-Insert the PANIC ALARM PIN back into
the jack to stop the panic alarm instantly.
In any PEDOMETER MODE:
1. PRESS the START key to acquire the PULSE-
READING MODE.
2. Place your index finger on the Pulse Rate
Sensor located top of the pedometer (Do not
press too hard). The Pulse Monitor will begin to
detect the pulse automatically.
NOTE: It may take few seconds to display the
current pulse rate (BPM= Beat per minute).
