MODES OF OPERATION

The unit has 5 primary operational modes:

TIME MODE
The top line displays Date.
Bottom line displays Time of Day.

STEP MODE

Step mode has 5 sub modes:

Step/Time, Step/KCAL, Step/Distance,

Timer, Steps Target

Scroll through the sub modes by

PRESSING

the

START/STOP

key.

NOTE: You must be in STEP MODE
in order for your pedometer to count
steps.
