6. Open blades up fully.
5. Push in lever and grab blade bracket to open blades
up.
7. Blades fully open.
8. While holding blades open, hook fusible link onto
lower strap. Put top strap through upper part of
fusible link.
9. Bend top of strap up to hold fusible link in place.
