. Apply glue type “Loctite

60” to seat bushing

and put it in place. Insert stage bushing

. Align wearing bushing

in such a way that the groove is on the longitudinal axis of the locking

3. Screw in the locking screw

together with gasket

and tighten it with a torque of
5 Nm (DN 5 – 3) or 11 Nm (DN 40, 50) when cold.

. Turn nozzle stem

into the closed position, applying a torque of
7 Nm. Put control lever

place and align scale

130 Nm or screw in the sample valve with the gasket according to the instructions given by the
manufacturer.
