Wine Master also helps you learn
the art of wine tasting. Return to the
starting menu and select
WINE
TASTING.
You can then select
either
AROMA

TEXTURE
. If you
select
AROMA
, you’ll see a list of
common words used to describe a
wine’s aroma, such as
FLORAL
.
Then by selecting
FLORAL
, for
example, you can read more specif-
ic descriptive words, such as
ACA-
CIA. GARDENIA, LAVENDER
, etc.
If you choose
TEXTURE
from the
WINE TASTING
menu, a list of
common words used in describing a
wine’s texture appear on the screen,
such as
ACIDITY

COMPLEXITY

By selecting

you can read more specific descrip-

from an alphabetical list of words
used to discuss wine and quickly
get a definition for a word.
