Note
– Proper fixing of the cardboard front of a dust filter to the holder / adapter and proper sliding
of the holder with the filter to suction space of the vacuum cleaner will result in releasing
mechanical safety lock
A16 that will make it possible to close vacuum cleaner lid A3.
– Safety lock
A16 does not enable closing the vacuum cleaner lid if you forget to insert
a dust filter (paper, synthetic or textile).
– Make sure that the contact surfaces and sealing elements are functional.

Replacing micro-filters
After filling about 5 dust filters, micro-filters must be cleaned or replaced with new ones. Dispose
of a used dust paper/synthetic filter together with micro-filters in common municipal waste.
Suction micro-filter
Tilt grid
A14 in the suction space of the vacuum cleaner by slight pushing. (Fig. 21). Take
out micro-filter
A15, insert a new micro-filter so that the rougher part of the micro-filter is
directed to the suction space of the vacuum cleaner. Close the grid by snapping it shut. You
will hear a clicking sound.
Exhaust HEPA micro-filter
Push lock
A21 in upper back part of back cover A20 and then remove the cover from the
vacuum cleaner (Fig. 22). Remove cartridge
A22 by pulling it (Fig. 23). Tap the dust out of the
filter over a dustbin or to clean the filter through a blowing (we recommend the filter cleaning
outside of living area for hygiene reasons). If the protection micro filter is very dirty, you can
also rinse the pleated side of the HEPA filter under lukewarm slow-running tap. Hold the filter
in such a way that the pleated side points upwards and the water flows parallel to the pleats.
Hold the filter at an angle so that the water washes away the dirt inside the pleats. Turn the
filter 180° and let the water flow along the pleats in the opposite direction. Continue this
process until the filter is clean. After drying, insert the cartridge back to the vacuum cleaner
in the opposite way. Insert projections on the back cover to the holes in the vacuum cleaner
case and snap the cover shut (Fig. 25). You will hear a clicking sound.
ATTENTION
– The maximum suction effect will be reached with a clean filter and an dust filter.
– Do´nt use any aggressive washing or cleaning agents or hot water to clean the HEPA filter.
– Cleaning the filter will not restore its original colour, but it will restore its filtration properties.
– The HEPA filter and the micro-filters are not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher.
– Make sure that the contact surfaces and sealing elements are functional.
–
Failure to replace micro-filters may lead to a defect of the vacuum cleaner! keep
the direction of inserting suction or exhaust micro-filters to the vacuum cleaner.
– We recommend replacing the HEPA filter twice a year. Replace the other micro-filters
if they cannot be cleaned properly or if they are damaged. You can buy a replacement
dust filter, a HEPA filter and a micro-filter in the elektro shop chain.
