VGA Splitter
Hardware Features
The following table describes VGA Splitter hardware features.
Power
Connect the AC power adapter to the VGA
Splitter power connector and to a power
outlet.
VGA IN
Connect the VGA source to the VGA IN port
using a standard VGA cable.
VGA OUT (fault
tolerant)
Connect a VGA monitor or projector to view
the video signal received at the VGA IN port.
The VGA OUT (fault tolerant) port connects
directly to the VGA IN port and will continue
to function if the VGA Splitter loses power
because of a power interruption or because
the AC power adapter is disconnected.
VGA OUT
Connect a second VGA monitor or projector
to split the video signal received at the VGA
IN port. The VGA signal to the VGA OUT
port is amplified by the VGA Splitter to be as
high quality as the signal received at the VGA
IN port. The signal at the VGA OUT port will
be lost of the VGA Splitter loses power.
