Gas Price Display Startup
To operate the DataMaster Gas Price displays, the DataMaster 100 must first be
programmed to the gas price function. Use the <
SET FUNCTION
> key on startup. Use
the following table as a guide to startup procedures.

Plug the wall pack transformer into a 120 V AC
power outlet, and connect it to the DataMaster
100.
This display appears briefly.
CHANGE FUNCTION?
PRESS SET FUNCT
This message appears next on the screen.
If “GAS PRICE” was shown on the bottom line
of the LCD during startup, do nothing. The
controller will automatically default to previous
Gas Price settings.
If a function other than “GAS PRICE” was
shown on the bottom line of the LCD during
startup, press the <
SET FUNCTION
> key while
the second LCD prompt is displayed.
SELECT FUNCTION
GAS PRICE
↓↑
Press the arrow up or down keys<
↑↓
> until the
gas price option is shown. Press the <
ENTER
>
key to accept.
The DataMaster 100 handheld controller should now be ready for use. The controller
will “remember” the last function setting, so this step should only need to be done
with a new controller, or one that is configured for different displays. To operate the
DataMaster 100, press any of the keys listed in the following gas price sections.
Gas Price Controller Operation
The Gas Price Controller LCD display will default to showing the current display
settings on power up. The following text will be shown on the LCD.
