Moving the ultrasound head
The movements of the ultrasound head over
the face should correspond approximately to
the natural lymphatic flow. Follow one of the
recommended sequences for facial treatment.
• Put the ultrasound head on your skin. Press the
device down gently while you let it glide over
your face.
• Guide the device slowly from the centre of your
face outwards and from the bottom of your face
to the top.
• Lift the device as soon as you arrive at the end
of a movement and begin again at the starting
point.
• Always complete a cycle.
• Do not move the device back and forth.
• Move the device constantly during treatment;
do not hold it in one position for long periods.
Recommended sequence for full facial treatment
• Duration of each movement approx. 5 seconds.
• Repeat each movement eight times.
• Complete a cycle, then perform the entire cycle
for the other half of the face.
