The ZAS HD allows you to record a programme onto the
external hard drive in two different ways. In real time or
another using the “Timer”.
For this function to be possible, you must
have available an external hard drive with FAT
32, a pen drive or a memory card reader.
Real time recording
- Press to record the program you are viewing. If the EPG
has information on this program, the recording length is
defined as the time remaining to complete the program.
If no information is in the EPG, or if you press the key,
the recording time will be 30 minutes. You can increase
this period of recording, in steps of 30 minutes with each
press of th
e
key, up to 4 hours. From here, each press
will increase 1 hour to a maximum of 8 hours.
- If the signal level lowers or disappears during the
recording, the message “No signal” is displayed and the
recording is paused. The recording will resume again once
the signal returns.
- To pause the recording, press the
key
. A warning
message is displayed which requires confirmation of
resuming recording by pressing the key.
- You can only record a programme at the same
time, but you can view another which belongs to
the same Multiplex.
- The maximum recording time depends on the
available space on the external hard drive.
Recording with a Timer
- There are two ways of programming a recording. Through
the information on the Guía or directly on the option
Timers.
- To obtain information on how to create events indicating
the start time, end time, programme, etc, see sectiono.
