Power Consumption Management
Purpose
The purpose of the power consumption test is to verify the power dissipation
of system, and the loading of power supply.

Test Procedure
1. Power up the DUT, boot into Windows 8 x32 Pro
2. Entering standby mode (HDD power down)
3. Measure the power consumption and record it.
4. Run Burn-in test program to apply 100% full loading
5. Measure the power consumption and record it.
