NOTE: Once the record has been deleted there is no way
of retrieving it. If there is more than one record which
meets the search criteria then the forward and back
buttons become enabled.
The Search field lets the user choose
which field of the database to search on.
The default search criteria is “All
records”. This enables you to look at
each record in the database by clicking
the “Forward” or “Back” button. You can
also display a list all the names by
clicking the “Browse NAMES” button, this will open a drop
down listing of all game titles.
Once a game has been found in the
database it is possible to edit the
details. To find the game, simply
use the search function and then
click the “Edit Record” button. This will display the following
screen:
