microSD Card Slot: Insert a standard microSD card (not included) containing music files

to this port. The drive must use a FAT16 or FAT32 file system. The built-in media player
can play MP3, M4A (AAC), or WMA files. See the Media Player section of the Appendix's
Technical Specifications for more information.
Warning: Do not remove your microSD card during playback.

Display and Navigation Controls: This area lets you navigate the loudspeaker's built-in

media player. See the Display and Navigation Controls section below for more
information.

Ground Switch: Press this switch to reduce hum or noise.

16.

Contour Switch: Engage (depress) this switch to equalize the mix for optimal music

playback. Disengage (raise) the switch during live performance for a flatter response.

Time: The track's current time elapsed.

Device Mode: Indicates whether media player is viewing a connected

USB drive or microSD card.

Repeat Mode: Indicates the current Repeat Mode:

Repeat All: All tracks on the connected USB drive or microSD card will play,

repeating indefinitely.

Repeat 1: The current track will repeat indefinitely.
Repeat Folder: The tracks in the current folder will play, repeating

indefinitely.

Repeat Random: The media player will play 128 tracks in a random order.

Tip: To make a "playlist," we recommend placing all the desired files in a single folder,
prefixing their file names with a number (001, 002, etc.), and playing that folder in Repeat
Folder Mode.

File Format: Indicates the currently loaded track's file format: MP3, AAC, or WMA.

Folder Information: Indicates the number and name of the current folder.

File Information: Indicates the number and name of the current file. Press the ID3 Tag

button to cycle through the current track's ID3 tags (if any) for the track name, album
name, and artist name.

Play/Pause: Plays or pauses the current track.

24.

Previous Track: Skips to the previous track (in the current folder).

25.

Next Track: Skips to the next track (in the current folder).

26.

Rewind: Moves backward through the current track.

27.

Fast Forward: Moves forward through the current track.

28.

Previous Folder: Move to the previous folder in the media player's memory.

29.

Next Folder: Enter the currently selected folder in the media player's memory.

30.

Repeat: Press this to cycle through the different Repeat Modes (described above).

31.

Device Mode Button: Press this button to switch between viewing files on a connected

USB drive or a connected microSD card.

32.

ID3 Tag: Press this button to cycle through the current track's ID3 tags (if any) for the

track name, album name, and artist name in the File Information field.
