PARTS REPLACEMENT
FRICTION FACINGS
NOTE: Refer to Figure 6.
1. Remove the four Hex Head Cap Screws and Lock
Washers (Items 26 & 27) to separate the Input Housing
(Item 6) from the Disc Plate (Item 4).
2. Align the holes in the Splined Disc (Item 5) with the
Facing Screws (Item 19), holding the split Friction
Facing (Item 18).
3. Remove the old Facing Screws (Item 19).
4. Remove the old split Friction Facings (Item 18).
5. Install the new split Friction Facings (Item 18).
6. Secure the new split Friction Facings (Item 18) using
the new Facing Screws (with locking patch) (Item 19).
7. Tighten the new Facing Screws to 60 in-lbs (6.7 Nm).
BEARING, COMPRESSION SPRINGS, AND 0-RING SEALS

6) using Hex Head Cap Screws and Lock Washers
(Items 26 & 27).
9. Tighten Hex Head Cap Screws to 200 in-lbs (22.6
Nm).
