Motor Service
CAUTION: DO NOT handle propeller parts
while the fl ight battery is connected. Personal
injury could result.
Disassembly
1. Remove the spinner (A) from the propeller (B).
Glue residue will need to be cleaned from the
spinner or propeller if these parts are
used again.
2. Carefully remove the screw (C) and propeller
(B) from the motor shaft (D).
3. Remove the 4 screws from the cowling (E).
4. Carefully remove the cowling from the
fuselage.
5. Remove the top screw (F) from the fi rewall
(G) and motor (H). The motor magnets may
attract screws to the motor.
6. Disconnect the motor wire connector from
the ESC/receiver connector.
Assembly
Assemble in reverse order.
• Connect the motor to the ESC/receiver.
• Make sure the propeller size numbers
(100 x 100) face the motor.
• Install the spinner on the propeller using
foam-compatible CA (Cyanoacrylate
adhesive).
