Data Manager - Overview
The default Data Manager allows you to transfer MP3 files
to your system without the possibility of deleting any system
files. In the default Data Manager mode, Hard Disk and Hard
Disk2 partitions are protected - preventing files from being
deleted by mistake.
From the System Menu, select “Data Manager” to access the
default Data Manager.
In the default Data Manager mode, only Hard Disk3 can be
accessed for MP3 file transfer or deletion. Hard Disk and
Hard Disk2 partitions can be browsed but not altered or
deleted to protect the critical system files and navigation
software.
The Data Manager includes two windows for folder/file
navigating as shown.
The default directory for storing MP3 files on the hard drive
is Hard Disk3/Mdata. Storing MP3 files in other directories
may not allow the unit to search and playback properly.
