Ensure Noise Cancellation Switch on earcup is at the “on” position
and the headphones are fully charged.
Check to see that the audio source is turned on and volume is turned
up. Check that Mute button is not on at the source. Check cord
connection at both ends.
Check that cord is fully inserted at both ends.
Adjust the fit of the headphones on head/ears.
Check that cord is fully inserted at both ends. Make sure microphone
area is not blocked (NOTE: Microphone is invisible but microphone
area is located on the back of the control interface.)
Check version compatibility at the front of this manual. Not all Apple
generation products may be compatible with these headphones.

Paradigm warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal
use and operation for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original
