b) Turn latch 90 degrees counterclockwise (Fig. 6). The buttstock will not
come off if the latch is not turned in this direction.

c) With an open palm strike the stock as shown to loosen it from the adapter
(Fig. 7).

d) Pull buttstock from the adapter (Fig. 8).
