MARTIN COMPOUND BOW WARRANTY

Warranty

What is the warranty? Martin Archery warrants that your Martin compound bow will perform its intended func-

tion if used in accordance with the instructions provided.
Who does the warranty cover? The warranty covers the original purchaser of the bow and is not transferable.
What does the warranty cover? This warranty covers the replacement parts, labor, and ground transportation

costs for return of the bow to the customer.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship on all risers, limbs, limb pockets, axles, bearings, and

cams (everything except the string, cables and finish) for specified periods of time as set forth below.
What are the specified time periods?
Year 0-5 after date of purchase.

Martin Archery will fully repair the bow to working condition based on the availability of parts. If needed parts

are not available, Martin Archery will upgrade or exchange for product similar in value. Any misuse of the com-

pound bow effectively eliminates all warranty claims. Aftermarket accessories and modifications to the bow

are not covered by this warranty.
Year 6-10 after date of purchase.

Martin Archery will make every effort to repair the bow to full working condition. All parts needed for the repairs

will be billed 50% of dealer price. If needed parts are not available, Martin Archery will upgrade or exchange the

bow for a newer similar model at a cost of 50% of the retail of that product.
Are there any exclusions to what the warranty covers? Strings and cables are not included and should be

changed either every season, or anytime they show wear, whichever comes first. Transportation for the return

of the bow to Martin Archery is not covered. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted by Martin Archery.
This warranty does not apply to the Adventure Series which have a 1 year warranty.
Can warranty repairs be performed by authorized dealers? Yes, warranty repairs can be performed by an Autho-

rized Martin Dealer, for which Martin Archery will cover replacement parts and ground transportation costs to the

Authorized Dealer. Labor costs for warranty repairs performed by Authorized Dealers are not covered, however.
What limitations are there on the warranty? If the bow shows signs of misuse, alteration, or mishandling this

warranty will be void. Use of arrows weighing less than five (5) grains per pound of draw weight is considered

misuse and will void this warranty. This warranty applies to original components only and does not extend to

cover aftermarket strings, cables or other accessories not manufactured by Martin Archery. The use of any

aftermarket products / accessories that alter the manufacturer’s specifications or design will void the warranty.
What is needed to obtain service under the warranty?
