Audio, subtitle and zoom selection
Long pressing (press and hold for at least 1 second) the ”OK” button while a video file is playing will
bring up a context menu where you can choose between the different available audio tracks, subtitle tracks
and zoom levels. Use the navigator arrow buttons to choose the desired settings. Press the “OK“ button to
confirm your selections. Pressing the “BACK“ button will exit the without making any changes.
Direct navigation:
You can jump to a specified time within the currently playing video file. To do this, simply use the numeric
buttons to specify the desired time and press the “PLAY/PAUSE“ button to start playback from this location
in the video. If the “PLAY/PAUSE“ is not pressed within a short period of time, the ECM will abort the
direct navigation.
Playbar
While playing movies, the playbar is hidden by default. To show the playbar, press “INFO“ or “OK“ button on the remote.
The playbar consists of the following:
Series playback controls
When browsing/navigating the series library, the “OK“ button on the remote has two functions depending
on if the button is pressed briefly or if you press and hold the button for about 1 second.
Pressing the “OK“ briefly:
• If a series episode is the selected item on the screen and playback of the selected episode
has previously been started but was disrupted before the end of the file, you will be given the
choice to resume from where the playback was previously disrupted or to start playback from
the beginning of the episode file. Otherwise playback will start from the beginning of the episode.
• If a series show is the selected item on the screen, a list of seasons in the selected series will be
shown. If only one season is available a list of episodes will be shown instead.
• If an actor is the selected item on the screen, a list of all the series featuring that actor will be shown.
• If a genre is the selected item on the screen, a list of all the series in that genre will be shown.
