Radiator Shroud Trimming and Intercooler Installation

Next, the lower radiator shroud will need to be trimmed to make room for the intercooler. The above
picture shows a rough outline of the area that needs to be trimmed. Follow the pictures below for
reference as well. (We recommend carefully using a small airsaw or a new sharp box-cutter knife.)

As show in Picture 1, measure 2 1/2 inches
from the radiator cradle.

point of the shroud, measure 4 inches to begin
your cutting line.
