2.1.2 External Serial Port 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8 connector (COM1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8)
Note:
COM5, 6, 7, 8 can be changed to RS-422 and 485
through the BIOS setup.
In RS-485 mode, This differential signal pair sends and
receives serial data, which is controlled through the RTS
register.
Set the RTS register to LOW for transmitting, and HIGH
for receiving.
