3.5.6 Save and Exit Settings
This section allows you to save changes and close the BIOS setup menu or restore the
factory default settings.
Item Description
Save Changes and Reset Saves the modified settings and then resets the system.
Discard Changes and Reset Discards any modifications and then resets the system.
Save Options Saves the options.
Save Changes Saves the modifications.
Discard Changes Discards the modifications and restores the current
settings.
Restore Defaults Restores the factory default settings.
Save as User Defaults Saves the current settings as user default settings.
Restore User Defaults Restores the user default settings.
Launch EFI Shell from
filesystem device
Launches EFI shell from the file system device (such as
a USB storage).
