OPERATION
Connecting an iPod/iPhone Device
Operation of iPod/iPhone - Full Control
Remove the dock from the XML8150 and dock an iPod or
iPhone device as shown on pages 14-15. When a device is
docked, playback will begin automatically.
To play music from an iPod/iPhone device using the direct
USB interface, connect the USB cable (included with your
iPod/iPhone device) to the XML8150's USB port. Once
connected, playback will begin automatically.
Note: If a song is playing on the iPod or iPhone device before
it is connected, it will continue to play after being connected.

to skip to the beginning of the next song.

to return to the beginning of the current song.

again skips to the beginning of the previous
song.

Press RPT to enter the Repeat menu, then turn the volume
knob to select one of the following options:
• OFF - Repeats all tracks.
• SONG - Repeats selected track.
Press RDM to enter the Random menu, then turn the volume
knob to select one of the following options:
• OFF - Cancels the RDM function.
• ALL- Plays all tracks in random order.
• ALBUM - Plays all tracks in the selected album in
random order.
Press INT to enter the Intro menu, then turn the volume
knob to select one of the following options:
• OFF - Cancels the INT function.
• ON - Plays first 10 seconds of each track.
