TROUBLESHOOTING POINTS

Fill fuel tank.

Wait several minutes before attempting to start.

Replace spark plug.

Clean/repiace air filter.

Replace fuel fiiter.
Drain fuel tank and carburetor, refill tank with fresh

gasoline and replace fuel filter.
Check ali wiring.
See “To Adjust Carburetor” in Service Adjustments

section.

Contact an authorized service center/depariment.

Hard to start

1. Dirty air filter.

2. Bad spark plug.
3. Weak or dead battery.
4. Dirty fuel filter,
5. Stale or dirty fuel.
6. Loose or damaged wiring.
7. Carburetor out of adjustment.

8. Engine valves out of adjustment.

Clean/repiace air filter.

Replace spark plug.
Recharge or replace battery.
Replace fuel filter.

Drain fuel tank and refill with fresh gasoline.

Check all wiring.

Engine win not turn over
