11. Secure throttle control wire to handle with

two cable ties (D) provided in hardware pack.

12. Slip hand grips (H) on the upper end of each

handle. They will slip on more easily if you
first soak them in warm, soapy water.

13. Check all nuts and bolts for correct tightness.

Please note that the chute deflector

on your mower is in an upright posi­
tion. It is held in that position by a

shipping block. This block is used

for shipping purposes only. It must
be removed and discarded before
your mower is put into operation.
See figure 8.
