1. Place the upper frame over the lower frame

— assembly as shown in figure 15.

Plastic Channels

2. Place bag over frame (black plastic side is the

bottom of bag). Upper frame goes to the top of

— bag.

3. Secure bag to frame by slipping plastic chan­

nels on bag over frame. See figure 16.
