4. INSERTING OF THE NEEDLE

(a) Loosen the needle clamp with your right hand

and hold needle so that the flat side is to

your right. Then insert the upper part of the

needle until it hits the closed end of the

clamp,

(b) Tighten the needle clamp with your right hand.

(c) As the picture indicates, turn the needle

clamp to the left to loosen it, and turn it to

the right to tighten it.

(d) Always make sure that the long groove in the

needle is toward the left.
